The Bryan high school boys and girls cross country teams competed at the Celina Rotary Invitational at Wright State Lake Campus in Celina.
The boys’ team finished 1st out of 11 teams. They were led by Xander Fackler who placed 1st in a time of 16:37. Other top 5 scorers for the boys were Braydon Buchanan in 8th place with a 30 second PR, Elijah Cummins in 11th place, Malaki Neilson in 12th place, and Spencer Woodward in 21st place. There were 122 boys in the race.

The girls’ team placed 4th out of 9 teams. They were led by medal winners Kate Thormeier in 2nd and Nicolette Stickney in 15th. Other top 5 scorers for the ladies were Arella Alyanakian in 23rd, Eden Alyanakian in 43rd, and Kelby Knight in 55th. There were 103 girls in the race.
