Bryan JH traveled on 5/7 to Evergreen to compete. JH girls came away with the win, and boys took the second place spot in overall team scores. Some standout performances were of the girl’s 100m where we took 1st-3rd place. First place went to Eavain Miller, 2nd went to Abagail Fry, and 3rd to Olivia Sito. We took 1st in both the girls and boys 400m with Micah Hughs running a time of 1:04, and Harper Smith running a time of 1:18. We also had first place finishes in the boys and girls 800m, with Bennett Schafer and Lauren Bell. Coming in a close second in the 800m were Jack Thormeier and Lyla Stanley. We also took first in both the boys and girls 1600m run with Bennett Schafer and Paisley Clarke. Coming in second and third and sweeping the competition in that same 1600 were Lauren Bell and Lyla Stanley. Our girl’s 4x100m relay team took 1st with a time of 58.64 and included these team members; Lilly Elkins, Elli Walborn, Eavain Miller, and Abagail Fry. Our girl’s 4x400m relay also took first place with a time of 5:11.63, team members included; Paisley Clarke, Anni Grant, Lauren Bell and Harper Smith. Girls high jumper swept the competition coming in first and second consecutively. These athletes included Paisley Clarke with a PR of 4’6 and Harper Smith with a jump of 4’2. Anni Grant took 1st place in pole vault, and Elli Walborn took 1st place in long jump with a new PR of 13’8.
