
Bryan’s cross country teams competed at the Ottawa-Glandorf Invitational this morning.
The girls team placed 7th out of 17 full teams. Nicolette Stickney led the way with a 5th place finish. Claire Thormeier 41st, Lila Brock 54th, Lily Pittman 63rd, A.J. Grant 88th, Adelyn Hake 126th, and Kassi McDade 141st rounded out the girls team. There were 160 girls in the race.
The boys varsity team won the OG Invite with only 26 points. John Deitemeyer won his first high school invite in a time of 16:19. He followed closely by Colton Sheline in 3rd, Josiah Cummins 4th, Malaki Neilson 6th, Khris Alspaugh 12th, Cael 17th, and Elijah Cummins 26th. There were 161 boys in the race and 23 teams.
The JV boys dominated the race while finishing with a perfect score! Spencer Woodward won the JV race with a time of 17:37. He was followed by Nye Bradbee 2nd, Ethan Bailey 3rd, Josh Sampson 6th, Leiv Keesbury 7th, Fred Parmer 8th, Zac Schafer 9th, Max Rios 15th, Pedro Lugo-Ojeda 18th, Graham McCague 21st, Kyle Flanagan 41st, Korbin Sammons 45th, Nate Root 47th, Keaton Myers 49th, Jesse Hand 54th, and Gawyn Miller placed 56th. There were 66 boys in the race.
