On Thursday night the 7th and 8th grade volleyball teams traveled to Swanton to compete against the Bulldogs. The 7th grade beat the Bulldogs in two sets, 25-10, 25-19, and the 8th grade lost in two sets, 16-25, 24-26.
7th grade leaders were Maliyah Champada with 3 aces, 2 digs, and 2 kills. Ryann Eickhoff had 5 aces and 2 kills. Mallie Grant had 1 aces, 3 digs, 3 kills and 5 assists. Gabi Malanga had 3 aces. Charlotte Johnston had 1 ace, 2 digs, and 1 kill.
8th grade leaders were Jozie Cordy with 4 aces, 6 digs, 6 kills and 4 assists. Annie Kunsman had 3 aces, 1 dig, 3 kills and 3 assists. Sydney Luce had 4 aces and 2 digs.
The Lady Bears will be back in action against the Liberty Center Tigers at home next Thursday starting at 5 pm.
