The freshman Lady Bears defeated Montpelier 29-14. Giselle Kidston and Braya Hepker led the way with 7 points each. Emaline Slagle added 6 points and provided the Bears with excellent defensive pressure. Breanna Richmond added 4 points, Chloe Wallace netted a 3 pointer, and Breanna Winzeler used her speed to finish a breakaway layup.
