Bryan Softball Outlasts Clay, 2-1

Bryan Golden Bears battled their way to a hard-earned victory, through dominant pitching and timely hitting to secure the win.

Thea Staten led the charge in the circle, delivering a commanding performance with 14 strikeouts over seven innings. She allowed just one hit and one earned run while keeping the opposition under control from start to finish.

At the plate, Bryan tallied five hits. Amiyah Langham set the tone, going 2-for-3, while Karli McDade came up big with a triple and an RBI. Averyann Fisher added a hit and scored a run, and Reese Ruffer drove in a run to help power the offense.

Bryan showed patience at the plate as well, drawing four walks and creating scoring opportunities throughout the game. Despite leaving runners on base, the Golden Bears capitalized when it mattered most and secured a well-deserved win.
