On Thursday October 5th, the Bryan 8th grade football team hosted Swanton and defeated the Bulldogs 42-0. On a rainy night at Golden Bear Stadium, the Bryan offense relied on it’s run game with the offensive line paving the way for multiple ball carriers. Leading the way offensively was running back Hunter Watson who scored 3 rushing touchdowns and a 2-point conversion run. Lukas Reid, Bryce Welling, and Easton Kerr all had rushing touchdowns while Lukas Reid added 2 2-point conversion runs to round out the scoring for the Golden Bears. The Bryan defense dominated all game as they only allowed 1 first down all game. The Bryan 8th grade football team is now 5-1 overall and travels to Wauseon next Thursday.
