The 4-seeded Bryan 8th grade boys basketball team advances to Thursday’s NWOAL Semifinal after a win over Evergreen on Monday night.
Despite not shooting the ball well in then first half, the Bears took a 10 point halftime lead over the 5-seeded Evergren Vikings and in the 3rd they cranked up the defensive pressure and were able to score in transition and lead 43-19 heading into the 4th quarter and ultimately won 53 to 40.
