The boys have started off the week by coming away with a 42-24 victory over the Aces. The Golden Bears led at halftime by a narrow margin of 20-14, adding 13 points in the 3rd quarter to add a cushion, and finished strong by only allowing 4 points in the 4th quarter. A 2nd half offense that was made up of sharing the basketball and making the extra pass, resulted in 9 players contributing to the scoring. The victory has moved the 8th grade boys to an 11-1 record. They will play in their last regular season home game on Tuesday, hosting Evergreen.
