On Tuesday our JH volleyball Lady Bears travelled to Evergreen to take on the Vikings. Our 8th graders won in two sets with scores of 25-19, 25-8. 7th grade lost to Evergreen in 3 sets with scores of 14-25, 25-22, 15-25. Top scorers were Harper Smith with 7 aces, Molly Ruffer with 6 kills as well as the best defensive player of the game.
Thursday of this week the JH Lady Bears took on Archbold and both 7th and 8th grade teams lost in 2 sets. 8th grade had scores of 25-14, and 25-14. 7th grade had scores of 25-14, and 25-17. Top scorers include 3 assists from Anni Grant, 2 aces from Kinlee Yoder, and the top defensive player of the game was Harper Smith.
