The Bryan Lady Bears wrestling team turned in an impressive weekend, competing in two tournaments on back-to-back days and showing plenty of toughness and resilience.
At the Rossford Invitational, Bryan delivered a strong overall performance, finishing third out of 24 teams. Payton Geiner led the way with a first-place championship finish. Alexa Goins placed third, while Adelia Hart and Clarissa Rosas each earned fourth-place finishes. Rylee Arquette added a fifth-place result, and Kendall Veres rounded out the scoring with a sixth-place finish.
The momentum carried into the Gibsonburg Hammer, where the Lady Bears placed ninth out of 23 teams. Adelia Hart posted a third-place finish, Payton Geiner followed with another strong showing in third place, Rylee Arquette finished fourth, and Alexa Goins earned a fifth-place result.
Overall, it was a productive and encouraging weekend for the Bryan girls, highlighted by consistent placings and strong team depth against large fields.
