The Lady Bears traveled to Wauseon on Thursday night to wrap up the regular season. The Bears put together a complete team effort to come home with a 56-38 victory. After leading 13-10 at the end of the first quarter, the Bears had a big second quarter to take a 14 point lead to halftime. After Wauseon cut the lead to 8 in the third quarter, the Bears responded with a quick 8-0 and the rest of the game was never in doubt. Averyann Fisher led the way with 23 points and Josey Arnold added 19 on 5 three pointers. The Bears close the regular season at 13-9 and head into tournament play starting Tuesday February 16th at home against Woodward at 6pm.
JV was defeated by Wauseon 27-19. Emme Miller and Jozie Cordy led with 6 each. Allie Elkins and Chloe Wallace each added a 3. The JV ends their season at 14-8.
