The Lady Bears Basketball team defeated Van Wert on Tuesday night 72-34. It was an all around solid effort from everyone that got into the game. Averyann Fisher led the way with 18 points, Josey Arnold added 17, and Amiyah Langham added 13 points. Mylie Vollmer contributed great minutes off the bench. The Bears improve to 7-5 on the year and are back in action Friday at home against Delta.
JV defeated Van Wert 55-17 to improve their record to 11-1. Breanna Richmond led the Bears with 18 points. Claire Struble scored 10, Gezzy Kidston chipped in 7, and Allie Alkins added 6.
