The junior high volleyball teams traveled to Edgerton, Tuesday evening, and both 7th and 8th grade swept the Bulldogs in two sets. The 7th grade team won 25-22 and 25-16, while the 8th grade won 25-17, 25-22.
The 7th grade leaders were Ady Fruchey with 6 aces and 2 digs. Ryann Eickhoff had 5 aces. Mallie Grant had 3 aces, 1 kill and 2 assists. Maliyah Champada had 2 aces and 1 kill. Laycin Rodeheaver and Gabi Malanga each had an ace. Other defensive contributors were Kinley Martinez, Kenlee Vansteenkiste, and Charlotte Johnston.
The 8th grade leaders were Sydney Luce with 5 aces and 4 kills. Jozie Cordy with 11 assists and 1 kill. Annie Kunsman with 7 kills. Bella Alsobrooks with 2 aces and 3 kills.
The JH teams will host Tinora Rams at home on Thursday, August 29th.
