Thursday evening the Bryan Golden Bears 7th and 8th grade volleyball teams were on the road to compete against the Wauseon Indians. Both teams lost in two sets: 7th grade fell 17-25, 17-25 and 8th grade fell 13-25, 10-25.
Top contributors for the 7th grade were Mallie Grant with 3 aces, 3 assists and 2 kills. Ady Fruchey had 3 assists. Ryann Eickhoff had 3 kills.
8th grade defensively was lead by Jozie Cordy with 3 digs and 3 assists. Sidney Luce also had 2 digs and 2 kills. Annie Kunsman, Bella Alsobrooks and Anna Slagle all chipped in defensively with a total of 5 collective digs.
The Lady Bears will host their final season game on Thursday, October 10th, against the Hicksville Aces. The game will start at 5 pm.
