
The Bryan Lady Bears dropped a three-set match to Archbold on Tuesday night, falling 21-25, 17-25, 20-25. Despite the loss, Bryan saw consistent efforts from several players. Jozie Cordy paced the offense with 20 assists while also serving up 4 aces and collecting 9 digs. Gezzy Kidston added 3 aces and had 9 digs on the defensive end. At the net, Kelsie Thiel led the attack with 6 kills and 2 blocks assists and followed closely by Nora Kunsman with 5 kills. Alea Shilling also chipped in 6 digs to help the back row effort. The Bears fall to 0-3 in the league and 3-7 on the season. Bryan will take a break for the rest of the week and have another league match up against the Liberty Center Tigers next Tuesday, September 16th.
