John Dalrymple’s Clutch Hitting Propels Bryan Junior Varsity Golden Bears To Victory Over Elida
John Dalrymple drove in four runs on two hits to lead Bryan Junior Varsity Golden Bears past Elida 15-1 on Thursday. Dalrymple hit a home run to left field in the third scoring two, walked in the first scoring one, and singled in the second scoring one.
Bryan Junior Varsity Golden Bears got on the board in the top of the first inning after Dalrymple drew a walk, scoring one run, and Anthony Weber singled, scoring two runs.
Bryan Junior Varsity Golden Bears added to their early lead in the top of the second inning after Asher Sito doubled down the left field line, Easton Kerr tripled to center field, Dalrymple singled down the left field line, and Miles Palmer walked, each scoring one run.
Three more Bryan Junior Varsity Golden Bears runs crossed the plate in the third inning to extend the lead to 10-1. Kerr hit a sacrifice fly, scoring one run, and Dalrymple homered to left field, scoring two runs.
