The Bryan freshman boys basketball team dropped a hard-fought contest to Pettisville, 31–24, on Tuesday night at Bryan.
Bryan stayed within striking distance throughout, getting balanced scoring from Carson Benschoter, Luke Spitnale, and Ethan Longoria, who each finished with six points. Erik Dalrymple and Max Rios added three points apiece as the Bears battled defensively but couldn’t quite close the gap down the stretch.
Bryan will look to bounce back when they return to the home floor on Thursday, hosting Stryker with tip-off set for 4:45 p.m.
