Bryan Varsity Golden Bears jumped back into the lead in the top of the fourth inning after Cole Carlin tripled to right field, and Tucker Miller grounded out, each scoring one run.
Genoa Area Varsity Comets jumped into the lead in the bottom of the sixth when Elijah Welling doubled, scoring one run, and an error scored two runs.
Cade Carlin took the loss for Bryan Varsity Golden Bears. The righty went five and one-third innings, surrendering six runs (one earned) on four hits, striking out 12 and walking one.
Miller led Bryan Varsity Golden Bears with two runs batted in from the number nine spot in the lineup. Carter Luce, Hunter Watson, Bryce Welling, and Carlin each collected one hit for Bryan Varsity Golden Bears. Jacob Uran paced Bryan Varsity Golden Bears with three walks. Overall, the team had patience at the plate, collecting six walks for the game.
