Bears fall just short in five-set thriller against Stryker

The Bryan Bears came up just short in a hard-fought five-set match against Stryker, falling 2-3 (27-25, 16-25, 26-24, 14-25, 12-15).

Gezzy Kidston led the team with 7 aces, 14 kills, and 15 digs, while Reese Ruffer paced the defense with 16 digs. Nora Kunsman added 9 kills, and Clare Stever chipped in 12 digs. At the net, Kelsie Thiel, Kidston, and Braya Hepker each recorded a block. Jozie Cordy ran the offense with 40 assists.
