Balanced Attack, Hot Shooting Lift Bryan Past Rossford, 70–48

Bryan pulled away in convincing fashion Friday night, knocking off Rossford 70–48 behind a balanced offensive effort and a big second half from Tucker Watson.

The Golden Bears knocked down eight three-pointers on the night and used a strong opening half to build momentum before putting the game out of reach after the break. Watson led all scorers with 23 points, pouring in 17 of those in the second half as Bryan extended its lead and controlled the tempo down the stretch.

Jake Arnold and Jack Kennedy each finished with 15 points. Kennedy did the bulk of his damage early, scoring all 15 in the first half to help Bryan establish an early advantage, while Arnold provided steady scoring throughout the game.

Tucker Miller added six points on a pair of three-point field goals, contributing to Bryan’s perimeter success. Bryce Welling chipped in four points, while Rhett McGill and Hunter Watson each added three. Sam Gonzalez and Cooper Beltran rounded out the scoring with one point apiece.

Bryan’s ability to stretch the floor with the three-point shot and turn up the defensive pressure in the second half proved too much for Rossford, as the Golden Bears cruised to the 22-point victory.
