The Bryan girls basketball team earned a 37–31 victory behind strong defense and balanced scoring. Bryan set the tone early, jumping out to a 21–14 halftime lead by playing tough defense and staying confident in their shooting.
Liberty Center battled back in the second half scoring a quick 5 points to start the 3rd quarter, but Bryan’s communication and strong defense couldn’t be matched. Emmalynn Yoder drained two 3 pointers in the 4th quarter giving the Bears a more comfortable lead. The Bears let their defense and excellent ball handling skills take the game from there winning the game 37-31 and staying undefeated in league play.
