The 7th grade football team traveled to Archbold Thursday and came away with a 14-6 victory. Kayson Buchanan had two touchdown passes to Wes Connin. Wes Connin had a huge day receiving with multiple long catches and touchdowns. Kayson Buchanan also ran in a two point conversion. The offensive line of Andrew Quimby, Izzy Gonzalez, Jonah Carpenter, Marshall Powell, Paxton Lirot, and Easton Mclain did a great upfront protecting the quarterback. The defense came up huge all game making big stops. Maven Staten had a fumble recovery and a forced fumble. Kayson Buchanan had an interception and force fumble. Jaxson Mills made some big plays in pass defense late in the game to stop Archbold drives. The 7th grade moves their overall record to 3-4 and finishes the season Tuesday October 21st at Delta.
