The 7th grade football team beat PH 18-12 in a highly competitive game last night on the turf. Griffin Fowler found the endzone on two runs and Tyler Tipton connected with Ethan Longoria for a TD pass for the 3 Golden Bear TD’s. Tipton found Longoria 3 more times including a 50 yard reception to set up a score. William Weber also had receptions for the Bears including a huge catch to convert an important 4th and 15. The defense buckled down and made plays all night led again by the defensive line made up of Cooper Vollmer, Harrison Six, Evan Longoria, Tristan Williamson, Saybien Brown, and Mason Grime. The Bears will host Liberty Center next Thursday at 5pm.
