The Bryan Girls Tennis Team competed in the sectional tournament today at Ottawa Hills. Emma Schlade competed in singles, along with the doubles teams of Myleigh Andrews\/Courtney Kendrick, Emma Elkins\/Shayla Frank, and Elleah Davis\/Mya Parker. In singles action, Emma Schlade won her first match after a 2 hour and 10 minute battle, before falling in her second round match. The doubles team of Elleah Davis\/Mya Parker also won their opening match before falling to the number one overall doubles seed. The other two doubles teams for Bryan, Andrews\/Kendrick and Elkins\/Frank, were the three and four seeds respectively. They were able to hold their seed lines to clinch their spots in the sectional semi-finals and punch their ticket to the District Tournament next week in Port Clinton. Sectional semi-finals and finals will take place on Saturday at Ottawa Hills to determine seeding for Districts. Individual match scores are listed below:<\/p>\n
