The 7th grade football team traveled to Evergreen on Thursday and dominated their way to a 38-14 victory. Kayson Buchanan threw 2 TD passes. Maven Staten had a touchdown reception and 2 rushing touchdowns. Owen Grant caught a touchdown and Finn Hanna added one on the ground. The offensive line did a great job all game controlling the line of scrimmaging and making room for the ball carriers. On the defensive side, Jaxson Mills forced a fumble that was recovered by Izzy Gonzalez. The defensive line dominated up front, consistently getting into the Evergreen backfield. The Golden Bears raise their season record to 2-2.
